2 cm ginger, crushed

1 stalk lemongrass, crushed

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

2 teaspoons brown sugar

800 ml coconut milk, from 1 coconut

2 tablespoons oil, for frying

Ground Spices:

10 red onions

3 cloves garlic

3 eggs hazelnut, toasted

1 cm turmeric, fuel

2 teaspoons toasted coriander

1/8 teaspoon cumin


How to Cook:
