Fried Shrimp Balado



For 5 Servings


1 pack of Fiesta Seafood Ebi Fry

Oil for frying


Balado Material:

3 lime leaves, discard the bones leaves, torn

1 red tomato, cut into pieces

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon sugar

100 ml cooking oil for stirring


Raw Grinded Seasonings:

5 large red chilies

6 curly red chilies

5 red onions


How to Cook:

  1. Fry the Fiesta Seafood Ebi Fry inside cooking oil that has been heated until cooked. Drain.
  2. Sambal Balado, stir-fry the raw grinded seasonings, tomato, and lime leaves until fragrant.
  3. Add the salt and sugar. Stir well. Cook until done.
  4. Put the Fiesta Seafood Ebi Fry inside. Stir well. Lift.
