Sweet & Sour Shrimp Roll

3 packs of Fiesta Seafood Shrimp Roll

Oil for frying

4 tomatoes, boiled, seeded, finely chopped

3 cloves finely chopped garlic

½ onion finely sliced length

2 red chilies, cut into thin oblique

1 leek, cut askew

1 tablespoon English soy sauce

1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

250 ml water

½ tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved with ½ tablespoon water

2 tablespoons cooking oil for frying


How to Cook:

  1. Fry Fiesta Seafood Fried Shrimp Roll in cooking oil that has been heated up. Lift. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil. Sauté garlic, onion, and red pepper until fragrant. Enter the cooking water tomato, ketchup, English soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
