Japanese Curry Seafood Stix by Chef William Gozali




– Japanese curry paste (available at supermarkets)

– Potatoes and carrots (boiled until half-baked)

– 20ml fresh milk

– 2 eggs

– Olive oil

– Salt pepper

– Oil for frying


How to Cook:

– Preheat skillet with a little amout of oil, add curry paste with hot water and cook until thickened (for measurement see the packaging)

– Fry the Seafood Stix until golden brown

– Mix milk with the eggs lightly, add salt, and cook in a non-stick frying pan with low fire and cook until ¾ cooked

– Mix the potatoes and carrots into the curry sauce and cook until tender

– Combine all the components and it is ready to be enjoyed
