Fiesta Shrimp Shumai Ekado With Peanut Sauce

  • Fiesta Seafood Shrimp shumai,
  • Sliced cheese,
  • Dumplings skin,
  • Pandan leaves,
  • Oil for frying

Peanut Sauce Ingredients:

  • 4 red peppers; stewed and seeded,
  • ½ tsp shrimp paste,
  • 2 shallots,
  • ½ teaspoon salt,
  • A piece of sugar,
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander,
  • 5 tbsp fried peanut husk discarded,
  • 1 cup of coconut milk.

How to Cook:

  1. Steamed shumai and chopped into two pieces
  2. Wrap with dumplings skin, add a piece of cheese and tie it with pandan leaves
  3. Then fry. Blend the peanut sauce materials with coconut milk and boil until it thickens.
