Seafood Stix with Spicy Pineapple Sauce

  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cm ginger, finely sliced
  • 2 large pieces of red pepper, cored, sliced lengthwise
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 ml of water


How To Cook:

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic, onion, ginger until fragrant.
  2. Put inside the chili, add water, tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pineapple, pineapple stir until slightly tender and the sauce thickens.
  3. Pour over the Fiesta Seafood Stix.
