Fiesta Seafood Poured Kuah Cuko

  • Fiesta Seafood Shrimp Nugget
  • Fiesta Seafood Shrimp Roll
  • Fiesta Seafood Stix

 Kuah Cuko:

  • 250 grams of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sour kawak
  • 500 ml of water

 Ground Spices:

  • 3 tablespoons dried shrimp, brewed with hot water
  • 1 tbsp tongcai
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 10 pieces of red chili sauce

How to Make Gravy Cuko:

  1. Cook the brown sugar with water and acid to boiling and acid kawak kawak destroyed, lift then strain.
