Resep Fiesta Seafood

Sapo Shrimp Tofu

  • 1 pack of Fiesta Seafood Shrimp Tofu
  • 1 bunch mustard spoon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 clove of onion
  • 25gr cloud ear fungus
  • 25gr oyster mushrooms
  • 1 leek
  • 1 segment ginger
  • 50 ml oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 100 ml of water
  • Oil

 How to Cook:

  1. Fry Fiesta Seafood until brown, set aside
  2. Boil mustard spoon until soft, set aside
  3. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant, add ginger, oyster mushrooms and cloud ear fungus.
  4. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add water, sesame oil and fish sauce and cook until thickened.
  5. Arrange mustard spoon and Shrimp Tofu at the plate, sprinkle with the sauce and chives. Serve warm.
