Seafood Stix Salad with Salted Egg Yolk Sauce

  • 1 pack of Fiesta Seafood Stix
  • 2 salted eggs cooked, take the yellow part
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 garlic, crushed
  • 50ml of water
  • A little pepper
  • 1 florets of broccoli, boiled
  • 1 carrot, shaved
  • 1 cucumber, cut into the box
  • 100 gr mayonnaise
  • 50 ml of sweetened condensed milk

How to Cook:

  1. Fry Seafood Fiesta Stix until browned, set aside.
  2. Heat margarine. Saute garlic until fragrant, put salted egg yolk and water, stir, add pepper.
  3. Cook until it popped out. In a container, mix mayonnaise and condensed milk, put the shaved carrot and cucumber and stir well.
  4. Arrange the Fiesta Seafood Stix on a plate and serve it with salad and salted egg sauce.
